In a nutshell, I’ve always had a passion for connecting with people, stellar customer experiences, clear/compelling stories, and good content that people can take something away from.

When I’m not at work or writing pieces for this blog, I can be found reading, keeping up on current events, networking, or spending quality time with my partner, friends, and family.

I’ve earned both my Honours Bachelor of Arts and my Master of Arts degrees in English, and I’ve dabbled in a quite a few areas including: Sales, Content/Product/Email Marketing, Copyediting, Sales Enablement, and Project Management.
